How is it an overhyped dud? In the last month alone they've raised cash plus received a massive tax refund (I.e. Positive cash position - absolutely no debt), got CE mark for European sales, secured a MOU with SportsMed, and planned a clinical trial so they can write awesome stuff on the box like "??% of women in a clinical trial reported improvement" etc etc.
if you are referring to the small sp drop today, most likely some selling their entitlement shares which were issued today. Nothing negative to drive it at all. should be thanking them for participating in the raising and giving the money to the company not panicking and selling too.
