    On a positive note,
    I have seen that General mining just took out an option to aquire a 19.6km2 area for $400k USD. Given ours is 625km2, I must say its an great bargin based on ours being 31.9x larger in size thus based on the math, it would equate to $12.755m and we are getting it for $7.7m not a bad deal for us when coal has been found on the property...
