Hi, Blightycodger, my view is if the answeres were filed it's sensitive and need be announced. I have little doubt that the BOD would want to announce that development too. So I take the position that not yet filed.
The recent announcements suggest parties working closely with NT Govt and issues being worked through so that could reduce NTEPA time to produce decision. So 35 days being outer time limit might not be required to produce the recomendations.
Timing for Feb looks great.
