Pinged NTEPA to get the shutdown window over Xmas / New Year.  Seems they do keep a close tie with those nearing completion around this time...

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, providing services for the NT EPA, will close between 25^th December and 1^st January, inclusive.

We understand it is in proponents’ interest to complete the environmental impact assessment (EIA) process as soon as possible. Accordingly, we are in close communication with proponents who are nearing completion of the process.

Please note it is a minimum of 35 days following submission of a Supplement or further information to an EIS until an Assessment Report can be delivered (thereby completing the EIA process). The NT EPA can extend this period if considered necessary.
