I can see that link just fine... Sometime I can't as a banner pops up asking to join or buy AFR.
The City of Stirling in WA about 2 years ago said they wanted to hold back developments to relieve pressure on the infrastructure. This was more from a road access/ parking and facilities aspect rather than energy and water requirements. So I wonder how they will cope in time with double the population. I guess they are making forwards steps now with extra desal and reinjecting "poo" water back into aquifers.
The fed and state government need to switch over to addressing the issues. The switch of policy with regards to CSIRO is a positive move but unless political parties get seats in the lower and upper house with a solid agenda for change to renewables or viable alternative with out the airy fairy garbage agendas we could get things done sooner. Currently parties in power such as the Greens have sort of sound agendas in one regard but come out of left field with zany ideas that leave you thinking theses guys are bunch of nutters. And half the time they will flip to retain seats.
Interesting times ahead!!
