Interesting month.....

Conoco has to refront the oil and gas commission in 10 days, I beleive in regards to venting co2....

Rancher has $12mil payable in 2 weeks.....(not that ELK has $12mil), Rancher look like going bust if they dont find a white knight very soon...

The permit to drill Ash creek should be getting close....Elk in previous cases has had a drill rig ready to go once approval is granted......

Preliminary results from chemical flood due early 4th quarter...This month????......

Hopefully things go our way, as I think the market is in for more of a pounding.....Lets just hope Healy doesnt have a margin loan!!!!!
