CO2 from conocos Madden gas plant is in the process of being contracted out and WOGC have given them another 6months before they have to front the tribunal....they are however required to report quarterly......

Exxon have to front the tribunal in Dec re the 70mmcfd they are venting .... WOGC want proof that it cannot economically be captured.

no website, the info came from the guy in charge of co2 at Wyoming oil and gas commission.....Could ELK be the company???? I have no idea......I hope that if they have not secured co2 by the time the final report comes out from the university of Oklahoma (assuming it is positive) they will go with the chemical flood....So hopefully early next year we can see some progress towards retreiving all those millions of barrels.....
