Excellent find Davo, Conocco has always been my pick for the likely CO2 provider. Andy and Co are well connected and I hope that ELK is the favorite given we know that they have been in talks for >6 months.
It is likely that the hold up is trying to determine real value for carbon credits. I emailed the company with this question a few months ago and they said that the NPV for Grieve did not attribute anything towards potential carbon credits.
ELk is in a much better bargaining position now with the oil <$80 pb so I can only see upside from here if it possible to say that in this environment.
If CO2 was annouced Monday with only 160 000 shares upto 32c. ElK could double on the annoucement.
I am fully loaded however wishing I had $$ to take out that 20.5c seller.
