I think that I read that indemnity insurance would not cover criminal activity...or something similar.. Trading whilst insolvent, may not be covered...does anyone know more and also the recent court decision seemed to dismiss to idea..?
Government regulators need big budgets and considerable evidence to persue matters,I suppose..and I would expect they would need to show cause..a good social and monetary reason to bother...
The Stella issue does involve many thousands of unit owners and it could have repercussions on valuation.imho....
Nothing has been reported regarding many issues..but the business world is facing such apparent incompetance, greed and sculdugery and there seems little can be done against it...
President Bush made a speech, shown tonight on television news, vowing to deal with short selling...Ha..bit late...
AND much of the system encourages it..amazing.
I wonder if the margin loans were taken out by Directors in 2006 when MFS was suggested to be trading insolvent??
OR when S8 was raided ?
Deloitte could have a field day.imo
Or will OCV stay on their list with the others for years and years.....the story may never be told.
