Interesting co-incidence concerning our new name...
OCV ..owns 35% of Stella which owns many 'management rights' of Holiday apartments after buying Breakfree and S8.
CS and Driftcove have a dispute pending with the Body Coorpoarte of one of these buildings...raided by ASIC?
For those who dont know the "Body Coorporate" represents the individual private owners of each of the units in a building...and the[ manager..ie Stella or S8..]works for the BC. Well thats how I understand it and there are many regulations to be abided by to protect the owners investments...
Anyone can correct my understanding of this as I am not an expert.

I dont think Octaviars/Stellas properties are involved ? but
this group of Body Corporates have our OCV initials now.
In fact got them before us.

In the same industry once again and could one day prove confusing..perhaps.
No wonder MFS had in house lawyers..its a very complex excuse the pun, industry with many interests to appease.
