From the postings on HC it has been suggested that CVC had taken on the cost to defend the CS/S8 matter between Driftcove and the Body corporate[individual unit owners]
Now if that dispute broadened its reach to Victoria.
CVC would be financing a case between stella= 35%OCV+ 65%CVC AGAINST OCV [members of old BC]
oR management rights are granted/authorised by OCV [members of old BC] to Stella which is 35%owned by OCV/MFS.
oR OCV [members of old BC] refuse mamgement rights OR letting rights to Stella which = OCV+ CVC...???
Which makes it a good idea to hold an awards dinner... What were the awards and what were they for and who awarded them? Who won?
I know its all innocent..Peppers is just a great venue for awards dinners...right?
From now on Ill call the listed OCV...OCV 2 as we were second to don the abbreviated name... and the 'Body corporate' OCV can be OCV1...
Perhaps OCV1 will think about renaming... Victorian Owners Corporation....VOC ??
If OCV1 merged with OCV2 ?
Management rights and letting rights? would be owned by the OWNERS of the UNITS again and they could franchise them or something and MMMM CVC provide credit... CVC would want the letting rights to go with the travel agencies but not neccessarily the management rights because they dont make big profits. Legislation took effect December 2007 in Victoria and might clarify something??
