read the DEC 2007 OCV legislation which might have changed the value of your shareholding in some way..or the Co.s ability to get finance etc etc.

Invest in some strata titled property and you will know something about its management through your investment in OCV and HC posts.

YES we all see things differently..and patience is a virtue..

Try to be patient IKE the markets wont always be bearish.
OCV is in good company because much of US including California are insolvent..I think.
