Given we all know Hedge Funds made a motza on shorting MFS now OCV based on information that the market didn't know.

- High level of Margin Loans by Directors
- Increased Debt Levels not shown on the Books
- Fortress Capital $200M short term loan
etc etc etc

Is the ASIC and the ASX serious about investigating this issue? or IS IT ALL TOO HARD or ALL TO EMBARRASSING TO INVESTIGATE?

NOTE:- I believe Chris Scott is very decent human being. He has my prayers and sincere thanks. An awfully hard job to bring OCV back from the dead, but it's clearly possible.
