the matter is before Justice Chesterman I think - right now , no doubt (as we speak). He is a tough, competent and experienced commercial judge......
will be interesting to see how it goes - ordinarily would be simply wound up or will OCV continue to get special high profile OJ Simpson style treatment.....after all it has been allowed unprecedentedly to go along unlisted for so long.
