Very true Seamisty. I reckon JH might try to alter it. The OCV stance though I am reading in the media is a solid one..."this is all we can do..take it or leave it..if you leave it..we going into administration"...a harsh reality.

Wish we could just liquidate Kings assets and Adams and use that to pay debt....wonder if would be nice enough to chip in Elysian Fields and give Wellington his 68 million OCV shares. Even then it may not cover the debt.

So its 21 days from now..that will be Aug 11th,interesting times ahead. Everyone seems too exhausted to talk about the whole OCV issue. I am optimistic the creditors might accept though...seems in their best interest but still not the best for them...just allows OCV a chance to stand up out of the mud and have a crack at getting the company back on its feet with honest people running the show.

I would like to see someone sue King...surely there is an angle.
