Yep..totally agree.
I would hate to see them go down also given the fight they have put up and to be honest...I cant see how they can sweeten the deal any better. They have 400 million..seem to have divvied it up ok...it would be great if everyone could get their 100% now but King cornered them on everything.
He did a fine job of almost wiping out the company totally.
This Public Trustee situation seems to be the most dangerous one to OCV. If OCV can prove they havn't defaulted...we are laughing....if not...then we'll have to see what they want to do which I assume is just liqudate them.
Why get 13.9 cents in the dollar in 3 years instead of 100cents in the dollar in 3 years.
Seems crazy.
