I think there would be many people with gains that would attract tax payment who might use delisted or others could claim loss if PIF is liquidated.We have discussed it in previous HC threads.

However if OCV survives at least until 2011 under the deal offered and realises better values the participants losses could be less and ATO pays less.?

Surely OCV will have assetsales and accounting services attracting losses in future returns?
Losses to claim seems to be the least of OCVs problems to me... but has to remain solvent...right?
