Im not sure it desrves a statement of "well done" and "awesome work".

It seems more of a matter of the PTQ withdrew rather than any act on the part of OCV.

I think it should have been reported earlier that the PTQ had resigned last year (i dont recall hearing about that - although i could be wrong about that).

Anyway, at least the noteholders will have an opportunity to have their say as to the direction that things take.
