    Good point IKL...sorry...was just excited.

    Its definately a win for OCV though...means they are being liqudated by the PTQ or other trustee.

    Now if the new trustee will accept the creditor terms and Challenger does also...I think the others will....big call....but I think the offer was as fair as OCV could get without going bust.
