As a fellow investor who has been seriously affected by the MFS /OCV meltdown my question to the ASIC and ASX Regulators is simple.
WHEN WILL THEY ACT AGAINST COWBOYS LIKE MICHAEL KING?
What happened with MFS raises questions that as a Director / Chairman in Australia you can do whatever you like. Have massive off balance sheet debt. Mislead the Investing public. Buy assets well above value. Destroy wealth of thousands of mums and dads.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
Andrew Peacock has quietly left to continue his Directorships elsewhere. Michael King appears untouched
MUMS and DADS totally screwed. Savings destroyed and massive family stress. BANKS fighting over the scraps. Investors return ZERO
WHERE IS THE JUSTICE?
