    Hi all,

    Did the potential purchaser forfiet any deposit on this contract. Surely Jenny would have exchanged contracts on say, 5%or 10% deposit. This would be normal business practice. Unless WC gave them an option and not an exchange of contracts.

    Another WC disappointment.
