Well, we have had two announcements today. Firstly, the High Court dismissing WC appeal against ASIC. Secondly, the news re CA.
OK all you legal eagles, what happens now with both decisions. With the HC upholding the original decision, what happens to ARL. I presume we go back to WC as RE. What happens to the distribution from ARL???Are we now going to be in a bigger mess than before??
Secondly, with the CA, just hope that Justice P looks at all the facts and sees how much distress and frustration all us PIFERS have been put thru since this sorry mess began.
