hey Nuke, if something is cooking then the big boys dont worry to much about a few cents, remember they know whats going to happen ahead of you and I so less risk for them, usually you will see large volumes swing in and out hence only mild gains, so the feeders ( I choose not to use the word bottom) can pick up the crumbs, your man playing with the sell is just that.
