ODC updated after hours Friday & may of delivered license news to THC after hours or Monday morning, either way THC will announce it Monday morning to asx if successful. It's rather straight forward. Same happened for MC cultivation licence.
We all love a cynic though.
I agree gov agencies poor at best of times with their agenda, but with ODC & the sensitivity of licence's they seem to pass them after hours.
Either way we're all hoping except team Beasley as they don't want too much positive news from current board for their own selfish reasons, then again they'll claim it as their own doing.
Many private companies applying for licence's, but I don't know of any listed MC companies waiting on manu license. There's a soon to be listed MC company may have applied, is their intention.
Bit of luck THC ticked all boxes previously except facility sign off, so maybe inspection done now & green light given.
Still more hopeful than confident.
