Which platform?
If you are with commsec you can edit you purchase price to what every price you want, average or last purchase price, etc, etc....
You can use FIFO or you can nominate which parcel of shares you want to sell as long as you keep proper record for ATO and accountant. Check with your accountant.
If your accountant does all the paper work, just staple the buy and sell contract together and tell him/her what you want. Some accountant like FIFO only.
