The way the SPP was carried out was a bit strange.
The manner that the SPP was carried out would suggest that the board wasn’t confident in the response from retail investors.
OR
It was a devious scheme to get extra funding by putting it into the short term money market.
I put in $2500 and only received shares valued at $453 or 18% of my request…hopefully they adhered to this percentage for everyone!
I struck SPP based on pro rata of current holdings and on occasions also allowing an additional percentage purchase above allotment.
