yes it is a big discount. Don't forget they also have over $1m cash and practically no cash burn, which is another 1.5 cents per share.
I also noticed that Iron Mountain put out a substantial shareholder notice the other day and they have bought up over 20% of TPR. I thought that triggers a requirement to make a takeover offer?
