My opinion is that CNP may not survive. Not due to refinancing, but the uncertainty over the litigation might make banks bawk. i think it is ridiculous to try and sue a company when there sp is basically nil. Would have been better waiting until this mess sorted out.

Can SuperLLC go into administration without bringing Centro down...

I heard 'them' say this morning that govt should have bailed out ABC earlier. I think Govt needs to underwrite or guarantor Centro's loan. You cant put a price on their management contract. No different to what they are doing with the banks really.

If odds are $2, you have a lot more to gain than lose....

CER on the other hand will survive (although market has written them off moreso than CNP) for some reason.

imo CER will pay more dividends this year than current sp.
