Remember that even though the deadline is Monday, the company must continue to comply with continuous disclosure obligations prior to this point.

We could safely assume that the 'whole deal' (i.e. everything) is not finalised as of market close. If it was, it would have needed to be disclosed immediately. Conversely we can also assume that it's not 'all over' either.
