If it is cross ownership issues that you are worried about, I dont really think it's much of an issue.
CER currently has individual property co-ownership positions with Centro in 28 of 33 properties in Australia and 37 of 419 properties in the US.
The concern isnt the Australian portfolio. Never has been from the outset.
Important to note that only 37 of 419 properties in the US are co-owned between the two companies.
IMO even if CNP is put into administration/receivership, this should not result in a protracted mess with CNP attempting to sell its share in jointly owned properties with CER.
