I don't think that will really a be a consideration. I think it will be more a case of how much cash profit was generated and how much of that they want to use to retire debt as opposed to pay a divi.
Generally, the opinion seems to be that this is a good company but has too much debt. I expect therefore the focus to be on reducing debt.
