I don't think PBG's debt is 'too much' more about right. They have a fairly reliable revenue stream to go with D/E of about 40%.

There's no point downramping until you've actually made your trade. PBG hasn't hit 1.095 yet. Besides PBG has simply replaced Australian based workers with Asian based ones.
