I would suggest Fens that going forward you should resist making discriminatory or defamatory statements about anybody online, especially Hot Copper as there is no hiding behind the keyboard if a individual or company feels that they have been defamed, they will track you down and that could be a costly exercise in the courts for you.
Not two many investors out there that have not had similar experiences to you especially in the junior space.
I'm not a legal eagle, but my Mrs is Preeminent in her field of law so I have a fair knowledge on what can go down.
Also I do not know the individual you are questioning, but a company secretary does not have a lot of input into the operations of a exploration company in my experience.
Like I say just a suggestion take it or leave it.
