Trumpies were told 4 more years
Instead it ended in tears

So instead of Netflix and chill
They decided to march on Capitol Hill

They came from near and far
It was all very bizarre

Brainwashed by a witless President
They certainly weren't very hesitant

Rednecks, Trailer trash and Proud Boys
All came armed with signs, masks and toys

When the signal was given by the Chief
They charged as per the brief

The coup was well underway
They felt like they were ushering in a new day

They broke windows and urinated on the floor
But surely an overthrow called for more?

But alas, they were not very clever
Taking on the might of the US armed with a feather

The revolution was over. It never really began.
Unlike the jail sentences which for their lives they will span

Finally the spell had been broken
The cultists began to be woken

But human stupidity will always around
