    You need to keep in mind the fact that the NFK MD is also a director of Maui (NFK's biggest shareholder) and has $$$'s tied up in NFK through his investment in Maui's investment funds. It is his best interest that the shareprice be as high as it can so that he gets a double pay day through Maui
