actually to be honest today more than ever it seems to me that it appears very easy to build up a stake in vpe....
eddie has a few, odn has a few but the rest are just spread out so thinly its not funny!!. i would expect with the odn 17cent buyout of small shareholders that odn should get up to around 14 or 15 %. 20% imo is about control anyway with the loose register
