odin calls meeting to spill directors

looks like odin have beaten eddie to the table
announcing the call for a meeting to replace 2 directors of vicpet with 2 of their own. JK to remain.
seems clearer now that Odin is more than a passive stakeholder and wants to clean house a little

As odin has 6-7% i assume that this meeting will become a reality and that leaves eddie smith out in the cold ?
