odin wants reps on vpe board

have you guys been following this ?
Thats the second challenge to VPE board in a week!!!!
Chairman of impress was trying to get support for a meeting to sack entire board but only has 1% (he requires 5%).
Now Odin has called a meeting with its 6.5% to replace 3 vpe directors with 2 of its choosing, retaining kopcheff as MD.
VPE still yet to respond to impress challenge, which looks to me will not get legs (bad timing by them me thinks).
VPE has some terrific, if underdeveloped, assets and is suffering credibility issues with its management.they have a massive landholding in the cooper basin as well as other projects in QLD and the US.

If they can gather support from disaffected vpe shareholders (and there are loads, see vpe thread)they should get what they are after as they are now the largest shareholder in vpe by a country mile.
I guess this is what they meant by pursuing other opportunities in the prospectus lol.
imo vpe is in dire need of some fresh vision and our directors look set to bring their influence to bear.
