yes tui ODN management has good pedigree and a mountain of experience in oil and gas and a reputation for getting the job done.
I think all of this activity could be very positive for both stocks as a happy tie-up with vicpet could produce a lot of very interesting j/v opportunities on some exciting assets.
with the combined experience of both companies we could see a new force emerging in the cooper basin, imo
