In all seriousness everyone just needs to concentrate on the share and stop with all these attacks.

Or you will just have yourself to blame if things fall through and the deal doesn't go ahead because you were all to busy attacking.

Enough seriously. If you can't be mature about this then take it somewhere else, as alls your doing is wasting time and not thinking of the possibilities that can come from all this.

If you don't want to be serious and continue to work together then I suggest go start a new site.
