I've been asking you your opinion on this for a month Serena - and yes I agree it's as important as the announcement.
So maybe I need to go first with some hack figs on my iPhone in bed before I nod off:
First lets round current shares from 560m to half a bil.
Then let's double to an even billion for dilution - so additional to CR they offer half a billion shares at 5c for a value of $25 million (Gridcomm has huge potential but can't see it currently worth the 50m plus figures bantered around).
10:1 consolidation would be involved so new listing would be 50c with current holders having shares converted accordingly.
