How many shares do management and their posse have though? Is management allowed to vote? Because Alex has 25 mil I think + 4 mil or so for each of the other directors. If I remember correctly the last vote conducted on-site was suspiciously 'unanimous' and then when one investor protested because they were there and had voted against the official registry was quickly amended to include that as the only negative.
