Of course we are in the minority - that's why this will be a protest vote at best, but a least we can register that protest against these SOB's and retain just a smidge of dignity.
The directors may be excluded from the vote by ASX rules but with this dodgy shell company the real bulk of shares will be held by covert associate holdings - or do we really believe that Al has only 28m shares?
