firstly i would like to say i do not own shares in ODN

if the no vote gets through which is a near impossibility ODN will go into administration, your investment will be virtually worthless, the company will be reconstructed , probably crunched 100 to 1 if not more and gridcomm will find a better shell with less shares on issue and a better register and better balance sheet and there is plenty of shells out there that fit this criteria

secondly management can vote on anything except on anything where there is a financial gain for that specific person like remuneration packages, issue of shares/options to themselves etc, or any other similar situation where there is a conflict of interest

i know this sounds harsh and wont go down to well but these are the facts
