My point of view on this is that Gridcomm could walk away (not sure of all of the T&C's) or even just float rather than do an RTO. Why give more say 3mil in value to ODN shareholder when you could be able to float in your own right for less... be careful that you do not bite off the hand that could eventually feed you well!

PS... does anyone yet have a clear idea on whether as existing shareholder we get preference for the stock?
