9 million shares given to austasia at .10 per share 15 million options given to administrators for .22 cents, CR being done at 20 cents for 40 million more. Gridcomm currently in negative 1.3 million a year no revenue yet to show. There is alot of outs for management which require disclosing the information who is receiving these offers who is austasia etc or showing that gridcomm wont collapse without this deal to. Right now its looking like they need this as badly as us yet are getting a way better deal at our expense. Prove there not and there solvent through another year without access to the funds, show who is benefitting from these cheap deals isnt management and wed be crazy to vote no as it is id rather call there bluff
