Ok, so you won't get as much if the company as you want to, yes the consol is worse than expected, but you still get to own a company with potential to earn tens of millions of dollars a year.

The alternative is that you all think you're so smart and want to stick it up the directors, vote it down and Gridcomm says f* you, goes elsewhere, Odin winds up and you're left with $0.

Consol of 35:1, whatever cash figure that leaves you with, is better than $0.

IMO if you can't handle the spec shares, with their volatility and risk, go and invest in the blue chips and stay away from this end of this town.
