    The issue is not whether someone is willing to take risk or not. Everyone in this forum is aware that ODN is a risky stock. However, it does not mean that "someone" could arbitrarily determine the consolidation ratio 35:1 when the actual share price before voluntary suspension was $0.010. Based on this fact, the consolidation ratio should be 20:1 i.e., 0.200/0.010.
