Has anyone got any idea who owns austasia pty ltd they were only registered with a abn this year but seem to be the ones taking all profit out of this for holders. They are receiving 9 million shares at 0.1 cents. I mean of alex his famil or friends own this wouldnt it be a clear violation of duty of care to shareholders?
