Just reading the announcement more to understand this would live someone to explain it better if i am wrong. Basically from my understanding alex and co created austasia this year to buy gridcomm out under austasia and then sell gridcomm to odin at a premium but the deal could be conpleted without austasia as they have no holdings or provide any benefit of the deal other than lining there pockets?. If thats the case how is it even legit its a massive conflict of interest for alex to be in both austasia and odn and is it even legal?.
